There will be an IB Open House—December 8th  6:30pm  Library for any students interested in this program.



Please show up to practice this afternoon in order to be entered into tomorrow's quad meet at the Academy, and Saturday's meet in Rio Rancho. Contact Coach Baker if you are unable to attend either meet.

"Hey students, we are having a purple out on Wednesday December 12th, in support of awareness for sexual harassment and abuse. Come and sign the Empowering Young Voices campaign's Step Up! pledge and receive candy and a bracelet. Don't forget to come in purple!"


The JROTC Marksmanship team competed in the Rocky Mountain Civilian Marksmanship Cup in Colorado Springs, this Weekend, congratulations!  The team won 4th place out of 30 teams.  Congratulations Marksmanship Keep bringing the medals home!



ATTENTION Seniors!!!!    You can order your Senior shirt TODAY (12/6)  in the commons from 7 am – 2:30 pm. The cost is $20. Please have your ID.

Good Luck to our dance and cheer teams this coming weekend in Metro Competition at Eldorado HS.  The Drill & Dance team competition is Friday at 7 pm, JV Cheer is Saturday at 9 am, Varsity Cheer is Saturday at 1:00 pm.  Please come and support our SHS spirit teams!


Seniors…If you have not turned in your YELLOW diploma form, please pick one up from the Activities Office and turn in it before winter break!  This is very important for your graduation process.


National Spanish Honor Society is holding a clothing drive until Dec 9.  Make room for your new Christmas and Hannukah presents by getting rid of the clothes you hate and don't fit into anymore.  All donated items will go to the Storehouse to help people in need.  Please be generous!  Drop of donations in Y-116 with Ms. Gold or look for the giant box in the Commons.  Thank You!


E-Cademy registration for next semester is now underway.  If you would like to sign up for credit recovery through E-Cademy next semester, please bring  $25 cash or check to your counselor in order to get signed up.   Classes begin on January 4th, so you need to be sure to sign up before we leave for the holiday.


DECA Snack Bar is having our Wacky Wednesday throwback on Wednesday, December 7, 2016.  We will be selling Dion's pizza, sub and salads, Arbys and Chick-Fil-A.
